I called back number (02) 8318 4058 spoke to a guy who said company name is Open Colleges.

Caller: Open colleges I ticked do not call upon downloaded a sample course of how the college works... They Havnt stopped calling since and it's been weeks. I remember this is why I didn't persue open colleges last time. They simply harass you
