I picked up and they hung up SCAMMER

Rang. Answered hung up. Scam

I'm receiving constant calls, then they hang up when I answer!!
Very annoying.
They are now on my list of blocked callers!

I didn't answer. I checked the number and it's the same number.(02) 8317 4326

Disembodied sound then hanged up. Did not try to ring back. Blocked it

This number called me but there's nobody on the phone when I picked it up.
I called back and the message box said it is out of business hour now (it is lunch hour here in ACT, 13:00).

Phone thinks it's suspected spam. No message left. Annoying
