This number has been calling me about a 'car accident' I've been in - I've had this scam call me so many times I'm over it!!!

I was asleep at the time and it woke me, and before I could answer, it stopped ringing. So I wondered who it was (no caller ID) I called the number back within a few seconds of them hanging up. I got a "This number is not connected"

He adjed if i was in a car accident i spoke in a deep bouce that in no way would sould like me as i know there are the scams for yes & no answers as soon as i said who are you he said the vompany is called Conpensation group & have i been involved in a accident recently all i said was what nah & they hung up quickly tung back on private & rings out

Called 7pm on a Friday. Line is dead for about a second before the audio cuts in - likely overseas, VOIP. Scammer referred to me by only my last name (maiden at that!) and asks about a car crash. Common scam.

They called then left a voicemail, when I called back it says disconnected now.

Number looks like a VOIP allocation, providing international connection through VOIP technology to local landline telephone network for 02 region.
