The person on the end of the phone didn’t seem to have a foreign voice but he seemed really hyped up as if he was speaking to an old friend. Same message about car insurance. Concerning for me because the call was to my mobile and he used my name. I don’t use my landline because of the amount of scam calls to it. It’s a waste of time to bother answering.

I received a call from this number today.
yes they were following up on some car accident. it went like this:-
Me: 'I asked where are you calling from?"
Caller: "From Australia"
Me: "Your accent is not Australian"
Caller: "I am from European Country"
Me: "you or the Call Centre"
Caller: "following up on insurance claim"
Me: "What is the company name"
Caller: "........" - I did not understand the same
Me: "never heard of such company in Australia, What is your ABN #?, What is your physically address of the company?"
Phone went Dead

I let my phone just ring. I never answer calls when I do not recognise the number, especially from interstate. I blocked the number.

Some person with an Indian accent referred to me by an incorrect name, so I told them they had a wrong number (repeatedly) but they kept asking about accidents and insurance or something, then switched over to asking me about those things when they finally accepted I wasn't who they were looking for, but did eventually tell me they'd take my number off their list.

I missed a couple phone calls in the last couple of days from this number but today I just got a phone call asking me if I was in a car accident in the last 12 months I've said no but I was in a sexual assault last year I didn't say anything like that to them at that time because to be honest I didn't think anything of it till now but does anyone know who these people are.

Same thing, rang off before I could answer and I thought I recognised the number so called back and didnt get through an hour later a repeat call, this time I checked on this site and now I know! However they did connect last week when I politely told them to b...... off. or maybe not so politely.

I have had a few calls over the last year asking if I have been involved in any vehicle accidents over the last year.
Also had a missed call from this number, tried to call back and it was silent.
So i googled number and found this website.
Has anyone gone for a real claim with this company?

Received a call only to hear an automated message stating it was from follow up services and that there were no agents available to speak to me..... which begs the question, so why call me in the first place ?????

Asking about whether I had been in an accident and not received compensation. "Follow Up Services" supposedly.

They have rung me every day. I just ignore the call and have now blocked it.

Just received a call from this number. and the guy had an English accent. Calling from some Follow up services. Asked me if I had an accident in the last 12 months. I said I did. and he said "is there a particular reason why you haven't claimed the personal injury payment?" I asked him "what payment, I don't know anything about it". So he went on asking for my accident info. and said they he will pass on my call to the manager to process payment after I had given him the accident details. Hahahha! I hung up. Clearly a sh*t scammer.

Just got a call - same as previous comments - lots of background noise, delayed reply etc. It was an English accented lady who said she was from Follow Up Services and she had been advised that I have had a car accident in the last 12 months - to which I grumpily replied "I have not had an accident in the last 12 months, nor has anyone else in my family". Surprisingly she then said "apologies for the inconvenience, we will remove you from our database immediately and you wont receive any more calls form us".
