Caller: Bookkeeping service

Couldn't quite hear the company but it was something like jackson's solution. and asked about if we received an email from them.

Keep getting missed calls from this number. They drop out or rather hang up after one ring. When we call back the number we are immediately put on hold. They do not say who they are just music and a recorded message saying "Your call is important to us, please stay on the line and you will be transferred to the next available agent".

A call was received and I was asked for by name. Called the number back and a lady answered. She said she works on behalf of Cisco, but has no idea as to who called me. She would find out and call me back.. LOL Curious now. SCAMMERS.

Hang up as soon as i greeted them. The number also came up on the screen as (02) 8311 8677 but underneath it it was (02) 8311 8677.

Rang twice. First time hung up after one ring, i picked up the second one seconds after the first one and they hung up again.

Rang the number and was directly put through to on-hold service. If you are going to play that game, i will hang up on you too! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
