Apparently a Joseph or Mr Joseph. Has called several times asking for our HR manager by name, refuses to leave a message or details. Finally got some details from him after several attempted calls by him (I refuse to put him through) - apparently from an IT recruiting company called Collabera and has previously spoken with our HR Manager about a partnership discussion. HR Manager doesn't know this person, we don't have an IT department (outsourced) and the number doesn't match the company's website. Obviously scam or cold calling for business of some kind.

Keep getting calls from this number. When I answer they hang up and when I call back they have music playing. Think it’s a call screener to see at what times you’ll answer so somebody can call back. Blocked the number now problem solved!!

I answered the call and no-one responded... then hey hung up.

this number called me at 9am then at 5pm, i missed both times but when i called it back from my house phone i got static but when i called from my mobile i got music.

I called back number (02) 8311 3236 rang once then goes to busy tone.
