Caller: Impact Financial Services Called back and got Impact Financial Services claiming they were calling on behalf of Energy Australia. I don't have an account with EA yet they wanted my personal details for security purposes so they could tell me what the 'important' matter was! I refused and said, "You called me so you should know who I am." She said she couldn't tell me what they called about without confirming who I was so I hung up. Phishing scam!
