Whoever this is, they've called from three different numbers. (02) 8311 1546, 8311 1548 and 8311 1549. Today I have blocked each number and then they call from a new one. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?

Spam telling me my broadband would be cancelled.

Recorded message saying my landline would be disconnected if i didn't return the call. We don't have a landline.

maybe collect all the scam numbers and start a brothel phone service or supply them to Nigeria spam emailers

Here we go again.... same old thing... phone rings, no message left, check this site. Now blocked. I hope that Telstra et al is reading these complaints and is acting swiftly to block / cut-off their phone line(s).

Recorded message telling me they are confirming my purchase of a $250 Ebay gift card and to cancel the purchase I needed to call back the number (02) 8311 1546.

Kept calling me. When I finally answered they said they were Answer Plus calling to do a survey on the cost of living in Australia. I kept saying I wasn't interested and they said it was just a survey, they weren't trying to sell me anything. I said ok and figured maybe if I did it they would stop calling, then they straight out asked me how much I earn! Said no way I was giving them any info and to please remove my number and the lady hung up on me.

They keep calling my work and hanging up - we are an Emergency Department - how the hell they got this number is beyond me and I called them back to ask them to remove the number but just get an automated message. So frustrating. We have more important things to deal with than these idiots!

Rejected the call they left a message as follows..
"oh....."
*10sec pause then sneezed before hanging up*

Scam - said tax file number compromised and legal action commenced

This number has called twice. Has been reported to the DNC Register. When called back, Optus advises number has been disconnected.
This number has been blocked on landline.

Caller: Nicole from the NBN scam call centre

Called at 7.45am & then again at lunch time aka 12.45 .You can even hear that it is a call centre because of all the noise in the background. Gee Nicole sure gets around a lot & makes a lot of phone calls <LOL>

Caller: NBN Spam

Recording states "tried to reach you re NBN is available in your area. Press 1 to be connected to a technician" I terminated the call.

do not call registered again, but these F&^$Ker just keep on keeping on

Reported them to Telstra. Will get back to you when I hear from them [crickets]

I did not recognise number so did not answer and they didn't leave a message, so assumed it’s not important. I checked here and found great information, thank you everybody and now I know who called me, and will now block
