Calls multiple times over a few days .. as soon as you answer it hangs up with no msg.. blocked the number

Have rung a number of times and just hung up no message. How many times do you ring a wrong number?? Suspicious at best.

Caller: Posing as a pool company or redirecting number. Also posing as a NBN technician Called many times, NBN and as a pool company. The Indian sounding man got very upset when I asked him for ID.
