No one talks when I answer calls from this number. Recieved 10 calls from this number so far. Seems quite suspicious. I wonder what scam is this all about

rings then hangs up when i ring back it goes to music cant you stop it or find out who owns it please otherwise I'll report hour company to the ombudsmen in Newcastle.for your not doing your jobs.unsatisfied customer

Also other similar numbers are calling me. They say 'Hello, is this (my surname)'. How do we stop it?
