Caller with Filipino accent said: "I'm calling about your accident..." Obvious scam so I've hung up the phone.

Indian male jabbering on about "recent accident". Asked him the details of the accident and he hung up. Do these idiots ever catch anyone? I guess they must have a success rate or they'd give up.

Indian sounding guy called with Sydney number saying I'd been a car accident. Have not been in a car accident. Scam! And this must be like the 10'th time in the last year I've had this call.

These idiots called me today and Laughed at them before they even said a word and they hanged up. I then rang them back on work phone and preceded to tell them I know its a scam and that they should be locked up. The Indian clown virtually admitted it was a scam because he said how do you know its a scam in a surprised tone, I think because I called them he was surprised I knew. I say we all bombard then with countless calls.

I'm on the ACMA 'do not call' register yet this did not deter this scammer. A foreign sub-continent sounding voice who said he was from the Accident Claim Helpline and was calling about my accident (??). I asked him what was the company's name and address - he said the company was Greenslip and address is 24 Paramatta in Sydney. I attempted to ask further questions and he hung up. Suggest if you receive a call and the calling number display shows this number, just hang up.

If you have the time - call these c*nts back and harass like they do us. It's quite funny to do and hopefully will get our numbers away from this sh*t!

Insurance scam. Looking for people who've been in an accident. Almost fooled my mum, pretended to know about her recent accident and wanting to know lots of information.

Asked me if I'd been in an accident said they were making sure that the people in the car were not injured they wanted to do injury claims. Said some insurance call greens or something like that, bloody scammers sick of them ringing that's why I never pick up my home number any more. Do not pick up if it is this phone number (02) 8310 8186.

Missed call. I called back. Male voice answered: Accident Claim Line, how may we help you? The short version is this: they hope you've had an accident and will file a claim for which of course you will need to give them all of your details. Ambulance chasers or a scam!
