2 calls within 15 minutes of each other, Both Paul and Logan from metaweb. Both unknowingly called in succession and determined to scam the business by contacting the owner

Paul from Trikon very pushy kept interrupting me we were talking at one point, and it was almost a game as to who would get heard as I'm quite persistent. After i realized he wasn't a client i stood my ground he wanted to send someone over to meet with me now very very very pushy and rude and wanted my name as he already had the owners name i refused to give it and i told him i will do my research as i asked for a website i can look up and a name and he spelt Trikon differently three times mind you. i explained if we are interested, we will contact you. there's no need to contact us as we are quote busy.

then spelt out the website like this trakon.com.au I've very hesitant to even look up the site as i know that's just as bad as clicking on a link with an email.

Indian call centre - Wanting to meet up with the owner of the business to upgrade NBN - hung up without saying anything when I said I wasn't interested.

Scam. Very rude and pushy.

Edam Jackson from Metaweb - rude and very pushy wanting to talk to 'the decision maker' as he had decided that I was not this person. Wanting to talk to the person in charge, the person who makes decision on behalf of the business owner for marketing, phonelines/telephone systems etc.

Caller: Adam from Tricon

A man named Adam from Tricon was very rude and hesitant to speak to a manager or 'decision maker' but couldn't say what it was about. Was very hard to hear and understand him but he blamed my reception and kept telling me to speak up when it wasn't in fact my end. He was very rude the whole call and ended up hanging up while I put him on hold to go talk to a manager.

(02) 8310 8089 called with a delay so I knew it was going to be a marketing call, over talked me several times and very pushy about booking in a meeting regarding marketing which I said we were not interested in several times. Advised to send an email but very pushy about booking something as he was not listening and over talking me I ended the call.

Bad Reception - talking amongst each other when calling. Terrible caller who got angry because I wouldn't transfer the call to the relevant person he was looking for.

Brad called to speak with the owner, said he spoke to them a month ago in regards to upgrades. I asked for him to give me the name of who he spoke to and he gave a name of no one that worked here.

Kevin from Trikon asked to talk to the owner or office manager. He said it's in regards to NBN upgrades and need to send someone to access the property and check the NBN box. Don't know how far they will go if people got scammed and gave them access.

A indian chap called Denny called saying they had workers in the area that could improve our phone next work - he rang off a number called 83108089. I just hung on him when he started talking

Caller stated his name was John and asked to speak to Business Owner, when advised he was not available, asked for his name, would not leave a message and replied I will call back tomorrow

Called us and only wanted to speak to the owner of the business, We are Australia wide so a quick Google search would tell them who the owners are.

called our business. wanted to speak to the owner and then i said they arent in. he wanted to discuss marketing for the business. i stated we have marketing majors and then he claimed we have a virus shutting down our website. utter bull sh*t. just block their number.
