I rang the number, had commonwealth hold music, but it didn't sound right. Normally commonwealth give you the option to enter your details before your call is answered. Finally some bloke with a British accent answered.

Scam... SMS message said it's Westpac Bank and a device has been registered for my account. Do not call back this number

Scanner! I received a text, suggesting it's from commonwealth bank, asking me to call about a payment. This is not the bank.
