same as everyone else calls says goodbye

sounded legit, similar to something I used to do years ago so it had a familiar sound to it. it wasn't till they asked for a medicare number or drivers license that the red flags popped up. how much damage can someone do with name, address, dob and drivers license number? please comment.

Continueous calls from this number.. no one talks... computer voice just says "goodbye" and hangs up. Unable to return call.
