I called back number (02) 8310 2283 spoke to a woman who said company name is Open Agent.

This phone number is legit. I filled out an enquiry form on openagent.com.au last night & this number called me today, but they hung up when I answered. So I called it & Open Agent answered. My number was simply on a call sheet for their Call Centre staff to follow up, given that I had submitted it online last night. He explained who & what they were & was all set to put me through to someone who could help me sell my house. I advised him that, as per my form, I'm not even looking at selling until next year!

This number calls me twice per day, everyday at the moment. They call but only let the phone ring a few times (2-3) and then hang up. If I do manage to answer they hang up. I believe this may be one of those scams that try and get you to call them back so you are charged a high premium to your phone bill. I'll be blocking this number today.

I get calls fm this number a lot, sometimes 2 times a day. The person, who has a very strong Indonesian accent, says they are calling fm the Australian Taxation Office regarding tax evasion and to call back immediately for more details. I'm an expat and don't know if this would be for real. Until I had to medically retire, I paid my taxes every year. Now I'm on disability pension and was told I didn't need to file since I am now way below the poverty level and am a recent widow. Has anyone else gotten calls fm this number?
