Deaf and blind babies foundation looking for donations if you ring the number back you get a message saying you can opt out by leaving your area code and phone number that they are calling I didn't do it who know's what they will do with a confirmed number once they have it

Claims to be collecting for charity. Reputable charities would never cold call like that so suspect a scam and have permanently blocked
