I called back number (02) 8279 8691 reached IVR but could not understand it because it's in a different language.

Received a cold call from this number the person initially told me he was calling from London, but not what company he was from. After questioning him he told me he was from Forex Prime and he had information about stock trading to give me. He would not tell me how he got my number, and when he rang back after I said it sounded like a scam and hung up.

"Can You Hear Me?" scam call, saying they are calling from London and will use all sorts of questions and phrases where they only answer you can give is "Yes" and are very persistent about it.
