Caller: A women called and said she was from medibank insurance She knows my personal details like name and date of birth. I am not sure how she got the information. Tried to sell life insurance policy to me. Not happy.

I called back number (02) 8277 0846 spoke to a woman who said I've reached Medibank Insurance. She asked me my full name and birth date. But I refused to give because I could not identify if she was from Medibank. It is too easy to give your private information to them without knowing who they really are.

Caller: Medibank insurance When you return the call, there is a message that states that all calls are recorded, without identifying who you are calling. I stayed on the line and it was answered with someone saying 'medibank insurance'. Call ended.
