Caller: Don't know, don't care.

Keep calling everyday, usually around midday or around 7pm. We've had a Telstra Call Guardian 301 phone for a week now, so it screens the calls and we never hear it ring, which is great, but it keeps appearing in the call log. I've added the number (02) 8264 7916 to the black list in the phone.

Caller: Solar Rebate Scheme

Told the Indian man that I wasn't interested and could he please take me off there register (I am already on the do not call register) He replied, I dont think your listening to me. Well this little man just annoyed the wrong person. I gave him a I DON'T THINK YOUR LISTENING TO ME (with my best mum voice)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. He hung up lol

Received multiple calls from this number, requested to be removed from their call lists the first few times.

Last caller was identified as "Ricky". He actually told me that he'll call me everyday until I speak with him and he wouldn't remove my number.

Which we all know is illegal. Best just to block the number.

Am on the DNC register, bloody useless it is. Same callers/numbers all the time. Flogging solar panels. As per other comments on this site, always someone with an Indian accent, on the occasion I have answered the phone, as late as 9pm!!

solar panels, I have blocked this number as they keep calling. I have told them to stop calling me. I have told them to stop many times, and to take me off their calling list, they keep calling so I put them on a blocked call list. so now no interruptions

Numerous calls over weeks from Indian re Australian Government Solar Rebate. In the end I would ask them what location they were in at the start of the call and when they said in India I asked them to transfer me back to somebody in Australia as I won't buy from India but happy to talk to somebody in Australia I kept pestering them to transfer me to Australia - they ended up hanging up on me.

This and variations ( always starting with 02 82), call on mobile and house phone at least twice daily. I’m on the DO NOT CALL register to no avail. Why are these companies permitted to use fake Australian landline numbers (?) which must be of great assistance to them in scamming unsuspecting Australian residents. They also bring disrepute to possible genuine industries and have rubbished the entire communications system. Why are they not stopped, as their intention and actual activity is to commit crime?

Telcos making too much money giving overseas people an Australian number to trick us .

Tired of getting calls from this number on our mobiles and land line - we are on the do not call register but it makes no difference.

Also on the Do Not Call Register for all the good that does. When I requested as per the previous calls to take me off their list I am not interested, proceeded to call me names such as a piece of dog sh*t. Hung up, number blocked

they keep calling, I think it is also the solar panel people. I have answered before not knowing and hung up, they keep calling. I tried to call this number back from a private number not my mobile and it says this number is invalid, or not registered.

This needs to be stopped.

Caller: Scammer from Green Survey calling about the "$7000 Gvernment Solar Rebate"

Despite being on the "Do Not Call" register an Indian woman from "Green Survey" calling about a $7000 Government solar rebate scheme. All she wanted was "my personal details so that a solar company from my local area could then call about the scheme".

When I asked her for the government website about the scheme she refused to give it to me stating that she did not want to mislead me by giving the wrong site and that the company that would call back would know everything. I asked her flat out if she actually knew the website address. After much arguing she finally admitted she did not and hung up immediately.

I try to keep these scammers on the phone as long as possible. I figure that the more time I keep them busy the less time they can spend trying to scam someone who thinks they are real.

I would really like to be able to transfer them to Itslenny.com to get my own back, but it looks as though the site is down. If you want a laugh google "it's lenny" and play back some of the recorded calls.

they called on my personal mobile then on my work number knew my name. have these calls heaps before ask them to remove my details. I am also on the dont call register under both numbers.

These a**holes have rung me at least 10 times in the last 3 business days! Asking me if I have solar panels on my house (but gave me an address I haven't lived at for over 5 years). Each time has been an Indian person. They just rung me for the 10th time and as I was in the middle of abusing them and saying "taking me off your f**king list, you're a scam" she hung up on me. Had enough of this caller!!
