Caller: Telstra Was actually Telstra - they had a valid reason for calling me re my NBN install appointment, they left voicemail and number to ring back with, so all OK

Caller: Telstra Call Centre Relocation of our NBN service to new premises. He was Indian and very easy to understand and knew exactly what was needed for the relocation.

Caller: Some foreigner claiming to be from Telstra Rings on the mobile, then rings on the business landline when told I'm not there. Tonight she rang after 7pm & didn't understand when I said I was in the middle of my evening meal, could I ring her back when she's having her evening meal. She's annoying & doesn't get the hint.
