Two missed calls yesterday with no message. Have answered after only the 2nd ring today, heard voices in background then immediately hung up on me. I have a Westpac Life Insurance policy so perhaps a call centre probing for business, or checking to see which policy holders are _still_ alive by who is still answering their mobile phones ;-)

I've been receiving 5 calls a day since the last 2 weeks. No messages left but they keep calling me back everyday

get the same number calling have investigated now have informed FOS

They just called again. I didn't answer ............ again ........ no message left on my answer machine.

And they just keep calling & calling & calling. I've already asked them (& numerous times) to take me off their ph listing as we already have an insurance plan.

Surely they can leave a message - I have been a Bank Manager and always left a message, doesn't have to breach confidentiality!!!
