Multiple calls from this number, they said I had a payment issue. I asked for the last for digits of the CC. Wouldn't give it to me, asked for my full name, dob and address. I thought it sounded suspicious. They dont have an online portal for this so asked for my policy number and a contact number. Wouldn't give policy number, phone number was not on St George site and no one at the actual officec knew of it.

Just annoying and spammy

They have called several times, no message left, turns out to be Westpac Life. I don't understand why they can't just leave a VM or send a text. rather than continually ringing, I answer the phone and there is a delay and they hang up. Really frustrating.

They keep calling. I already put their number on the rejected list. But i still get notified when they attempt to call me. I already told them i am not interested. The next day they still called 3 times. It is getting so annoying.

I googled this number to find out who this mystery number was that kept ringing a ridiculous amount of times in the last couple of weeks and left no message. I have recently ended my Life Insurance policy with Westpac, so I guess they aren't getting the message! In my view, legitimate callers should leave a voicemail message.

Legitimate number for Westpac Insurance - they call and don't leave a message. Verified this today by calling their advertised call centre number 131 817. A kind lady in the Payments section confirmed the Sydney number above reaches the same IVR destination as their 1800 141 243 freecall number.
