I got charged by telstra for a call I didn't make

Had a missed call from that number. No message left.

my phone was pass forward to this number

Left a message on message bank with lady singing in background.

Telstra charged me for calls from my phone that were automatically forwarded to this number. They couldn't explain it. Thinking there is a scam relating to this number.

Loud music like you would hear on a telephone hold on answering machine messages. Most likely scam call. Did not ring back.

Background talking for over 2 minutes. Could not work out what was being said - sounded like adults and kids.

A message was left but it was just very distant talking in the background.

Had a missed call, but no one left a message, only background noise was heard.

Could hear people talking in the background - couldn't understand what they were saying. No one actually spoke to me, so I hung up.

Accidental message of someone talking to a kid but unaware that they were on an open line. Could not tell what was being said.
