Caller: automated robot voice

(02) 8235 5357 called saying they are Telstra and my internet will be disconnected. Asked to press 1 to talk to operator and 2 to disconnect my line. Last time they called I pressed 2 but they hung up so I pressed 1 and got put onto a loser who asked me how he could help. I told him I wanted my internet disconnected.... which is the opposite of what they were expecting LOL! At that point he then didn't know what to say. I confirmed. I said go ahead and disconnect my internet you scammer! and then a few other 4-letter words, then he hung up. This has been happening a lot recently (March 2019). All numbers start (02)8....... so obviously if you get any robot calls from a similar number telling you they are Telstra you will know it's the same scam. Other numbers include (02) 8844 3839, (02) 8086 0282
It is simply not possible that your internet connection can be terminated. Pure bullsh*t. I think next time I'll play dumb and get more info out of them and report back here ;-)
