Caller: Not a call but credit card transactions

Two transactions over $1600 each made fraudulently and yes showing as Facebook with this phone number. Fortunately my credit card company has intercepted and Fraud Unit is on the job.
Let’s hope they get caught soon

Caller: no one called me but that same number was listed

I thought this was a fraudulent transaction too but further investigation showed it was a charity donation I made for a friend's birthday via Facebook. So before anyone else puts a dispute in with their banks, double check if you made a charity donation for a friend instead of buying them a gift. This was at my friend's request and was a good cause ie heart foundation Australia.

Number is listed under credit card transaction description that is not authorised for $50
Research indicates that this is fraudulent and has been reported to the bank

This number is listed on a fraudulent credit card payment from Facebook Meta Pay of $1000 USD

I thought it was fraudulent on my bank statement but turned out to be a legit PayPal charity donation I made via facebook

Caller: This telephone number was part of the credit card transaction.

A fraudulent transaction for $441.11 was blocked by Westpac to my Mastercard.
The phone number is never answered.

Has taken over $720.00 out of my debit account for Facebook "ads" which I have never placed and know nothing about. Number shows as being FB on my account reference.
Dial the number and it is constantly engaged. It is not legit - it is a scam..

Caller: Facebook transaction on my credit card

At first I thought it was a fraudulent transaction but later realised it was one of those birthday donations that my friend promoted through her Facebook page. I did the donation - it was legit.

No Call received - number used in fraudulent transaction on Debit Card - allegedly FACEBK . Account hit 14 times at $3.30 - card cancelled. I very rarely use the card for purchases so I have narrowed down to a handful of transactions which have been passed onto the Fraud Squad

Caller: Not a call but debit card transaction

One fraudulent transaction for AU$155.02 showing up as Facebook ("FACEBK"). Original charge seems to be on Philipino Pesos $5,799. No such transactions on my actual Facebook account. Called my bank to report the transaction.

100% fraudulent charges. They took almost $400 from my account. I've just checked on my facebook if I accidently clicked anything I shouldn't click, but none at all.

This happened to me. Two days 465$. ING. Its been reported

This number is listed on a fraudulent Facebook transaction. Never bought off Facebook. $465 was taken in 1 transaction.

Fraud. Appeared on ING credit card statement with $0.00 pending facebk. Have put card on hold will call bank tomorrow

Looks like this scammer has been going since 2021!
Multiple large sums of unauthorised transactions taken from my bank account.
Obviously a scammer.
Transactions show Facebk Ads and list this number

Caller: Didn't call

100%! They swiped our credit card and racked up $1300 AUD in fraudulent charges. Annoyed the bank did not block this clearly known scammer. Watch out people!

Stole $1300 in Facebook transactions on credit card in New Zealand currency (We are AUD with ING). Reported to bank and credit cards cancelled. 100% fraudulent charges. No idea how ING allowed this to go through. Sigh.
