Spammed number telemarketing AGL upgrades and products

The guy knew my name and kept calling me till I answered the phone. The guy with Indian accent.

This number called me since 2nd of May, paid the effort to calling me very second of the day. For some how I had missed all the calls. It called again this morning. When I picked up the phon there was a silent at the other end for few seconds, then a woman with Indian accent replied that she is from AGL and confirmed with my name. Then she started to read out the promotion to me like running water. I need to stop her and told her to send me in writing that I could understand exactly what is the contains. I’m suspected that was a scam.

Some scammer representing I don’t know who cause 1st of all he couldn’t pronounce my name properly so I said no that’s not me. 2nd I’m guessing the poor thing was Indian or paki , I said sorry I’m not interested , to which he proceeded to something like have nice and F off. I guess he said that cause again the poor thing could make right an o with a straw and ink.

When I questioned whether this was truly AGL, the gas company we use, calling or a scammer the Philippino-sounding man said, “No worries” and hung up immediately.

I am glad not to answer this phone number until I check with Reverse Australia.

When I answered this call, I heard only music from a machine for a few seconds and hung up automatically.
