They left a partial message about my account being automatically debited $9.99 and then instructions to cancel, claim a refund, or talk to a representative .

Called right on knock off time at work. Phone lit up with Potential Fraud which annoyed me so I blocked these timewasters

I missed the call (I was in a meeting). When I rang back, some female with a heavy accent said I had an electronic purchase of $438.... I told them "Oh, I missed a call from a scammer!! Why don't you just ^%@#&%^ off!!" I don't understand why the number cannot be disconnected or blocked by Telstra or whoever owns the number if it is a known scammer.
