Caller: Qantas (sounded like an Indian call centre)

Knew which days I was flying, so that at least gave some confidence to a dodgy sounding call. Wanted my credit card details to refund me what was left on a recent credit. That sounded odd - when does Qantas ever want to give you money back? I said no, not happy to give card details, cant I just keep the money as a future credit? She said yes. 5 min later I received a Qantas email with my confirmed itinerary - so this was a legitimate Qantas call.

Was from Qantas and knew nothing about us apart from our name and never searched up anything on the system. Scam for sure

Friday 13 Jan - Received several calls from this number. Had my name and phone number but little other details. Tried to tell me someone flew under my frequent flier account on Christmas Day but hadnt paid. COncerned they had some of my information - but sounds like a scam. Likely a real Qantas number being spoofed to appear legit.

Probably QANTAS related, in that I’d spoken with them earlier, but they got my name wrong and wouldn’t tell me who they were representing and why they called.

Answer the call! It was from Qantas to confirm booking, not scam. I missed that call and had to call back on 131313, waited more than 20mins on the line just to confirm yes I'll be traveling.

This is definitely Qantas. I received a flight credit for a cancelled flight which I then rang to re-book a different trip so definitely genuine.

I called Qantas on 131313 re. a flight ticket refund. The Qantas Indian call centre agent needed to call me back at one stage, and the call came from this number. Definitely Qantas.

After reviewing the number on this website did not answer call. If it really is qantas why not leave a message

Received a call from this number about some accommodation vouchers due to a changed flight.
Rang back on this number got qantas answering service and got my issue sorted.

Said that the payment for our recent flight didn't go through properly, and quoted the last 4 digits of our credit card. I suspect they were about to ask for the full credit card to make an extra payment, but I told them I didn't think they were from Qantas and I wasn't giving them my credit card details. Seemed like a scam to me.
