some organizations trying to get money for charity where the money is going to the new fire service.
can not be 100% sure if legitimate or fake spam to try and rip people off

Received approx 10 call today...answered once but got cut off. Called that number but received a message (a rather quick one) .."calling on behalf of Citibank"...and cuts off..very annoying. Can I do something about it?
