I called back number (02) 8203 3900 reached IVR for Hanrob Pet Hotels.

Caller: Hanrob Came here to check and found people saying it's Hanrob. I have an incomplete online booking with them so returned their call However 02 is Sydney and my booking is Perth, hence the confusion on a Sunday morning. Obviously a centralised booking service.

Caller: Hanrob Pet Hotels Calling back to confirm a booking request I'd made - didn't immediately pick it up as it's such a 'round' telephone number. Came straight on here, while it was still ringing, saw someone had identified as Hanrob so picked it up & spoke to them :)
