This number calls quite frequently...silence then hangs up ?? A google search shows that other people are having the same 'non contact'

Was called at 1340hrs today, few seconds of silence and then a hang up.

Every time this number calls and I pickup, there are a few seconds of silence and then it hangs up. When I call back, it diverts to a messagebank saying the person on extension 7038 is not available and leave a message after the beep.
