Legitimate Telstra number. My internet was down yesterday. Spoke to Telstra’s technical dept. They logged it as a fault and said I would get a follow up call. I got the call from this number this morning and it was Telstra to check that I was back on air. In fact my internet was back working within a few hours yesterday. I got a free 10GB of data sent to my mobile in case the internet was down for more than a day or so and I got this follow up call. Yes be wary of callers claiming they are from Telstra but if you have reported a problem, you are told to expect a follow up call and the person addresses your reported problem you can put two and two together.
