I called back number (02) 8199 2254 spoke to a woman but did not say for what company until she verifies who i am.

got a call and they knew my name but wouldn't tell me where they were from unless I confirmed my details - prob a scam because I didn't do this

Caller: Ray and Mark This is not a scam. I deal with Mark and Ray regularly. They are a credit agency working on behalf of American Express. I currently have payment arrangement in place. Legit.
