I had a text from this number asking for me to call Karen Vedeo. I did a search and found her LinkedIn profile. It says she works for High Performance Solutions. She’s in the Philippines. Needless to say I didn’t call her

Called my Father over 12 times trying to exctrat financial and personal data from him. Left the no (02) 8199 2169 for him to pass on to me to call her back on her 12th call to him. She was very aggressive and pushy. My 84 year old father however wouldn't give out my information. She calls from a private no. I would suggest people not call or answer from the phone number.

I've had a number of calls frommobile numbers which simply leave a txt message .. 'Please call Karen'. This is a scam from a dodgy debt collection agency calling itself Credit Corp. I have spoken to them and they claim to act on behalf of my energy provider and they are seeking to recover a debt of several hundred dollars. If you can settle this account immediately howver, they will discount the outstanding amount by up to 50%. I contacted my energy company to ask what the hell was going on... they advised my account was in order and they have never heard of Credit Corp. This bunch of thieves are relentless however, They have been ringing me several times a week for a few months now and despite my protestations and crequest for proof of debt, they provide nothing but continued harrassing phone calls and txt's. My gut feel is they hope to squeeze some payment from you just so they'll go away.
