Caller: A female with a Pilipino accent When I called back, she wanted to know my name before saying where she was from. She said she would call again if I wasn’t willing to say my name……they have called before, they do not leave a message. Who are these pests?

This number keeps calling and texting me. They will not tell me the name of the company or what they want. I would like to find out the name of the company so i may lodge a complaint.
