Caller: Woolworths Everyday Mobile

My legit mobile provider calling to request I pay an overdue bill.

Robot voice machine called saying it was from Every Day Woolworths Mobile, and the robot even stated my full name. I hung up.

In the last 2 days I have 5 missed calls. I usually don't pick up any phone calls that aren't saved but I would call back if they call regularly. Good thing I searched it online because I found these comments, pointing to it likely being a scam.

Unknown number called every 2 hours for 12 hours.
No messages left. ( Unable to answer calls whilst at work)
When the number is called back a woman answers then immediately numbers are pressed and no communication can be made in to.
If this is Woolworths Mobile, I suggest they leave messages. I do not have a woolworths mobile account.

Not a scam. Woolworths mobile used a robot service to call people when their mobile bills are overdue. They also give you the number of days until they will be shutting off your service so it's worth answering.

Someone answers, but then it just beeps. Then I said, "Oh, it is a scam," and she answered, "Sorry, wrong number." Then, I told her, "No, it is not wrong; it is a scam," and she hung up.

Rang but didn’t leave a message, sounds like like a scam from the comments . Block

They said they were from Woolworths Everyday Mobile. They knew my name and said it was an important service call. I rang back and it sounds like a legit voice and asks my name. The recording goes quiet for a minute and says that they are busy at the moment and if i could ring back later.

Some one answers but then it just beeps. Don't know if it was a wrong number dial. She doesn't say anything else.
