I confirmed with my friend that works for Commenwealth Bank that these are legit calls completed on behalf of them by AGON MARKETING, but the call quality is so bad and its obvioulsy an overseas call center and the person on the other end suxs at explaining why they're calling leading you to beleive it a scam.
