I called the number back and a recording said they were from The Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children calling in regards to a fundraising program.

twice a day, everyday for the last month, always at 2pm. Tried to call them back and it was a company called avon, answered their call today and the said they were from common wealth bank? i am in WA. Never leave a message

This number has been calling me a lot too. I added them to a blocked app I have on my phone and it stopped for a few weeks but some how they've gotten through again!! It's really annoying and I wish they would stop.
