ATO scammers

Left a message saying it was a lawyer but when i rang someone answered then hung up when i questioned them

ATO scammers. Rang back, claimed they were the Australian Taxation Office. I replied with "otherwise known as a scam?" to which they hung up!

I rang once and got disconnected

Received a call from this number saying there is a warrant out for my arrest and if I didnt call back I would be arrested.

When I called to try to find out who they were a heavily accented voice, possibly claiming to be from the Department of Immigration answered and when I demanded to know why they had called me, they hung up immediately.

Clear and obvious scam.
