Recorded message supposedly from the ATO saying there is a warrant out for my arrest for tax fraud. If I want to avoid arrest ............. that's where I ended the call. I know very well that the ATO will send a letter if they are going to investigate you for any reason. Telstra, please explain the point of having a do not call register when these scammers still get through

Caller: SPAM FOR SURE This is the message they left on my phone:
You missed a call from (02) 8091 7063, who said "Case(?) under your name for tax fraud. Your warranty is up for a rest. If you want to cancel your warrant. Call us on (02) 8091 7063."
