robo call that claims to be the ATO and that they have a lawsuit against me.

Caller: Fake ato robotic call

I was asked for my details..... the minute i said to them if you were going to arrest me you would already know my details.... rang ato and they confirmed it has been a big problem this year...... tell them to f*ck off..... the ato mail you information and they usually hand the collection over to a 3rd party which do not threaten you with jail.... piece of sh*t scammers..... and when you actually get to talk to them... its loud as background noise.... no gov agency sends out robotic response like this..... stay safe people and don’t ring back numbers And don’t entertain anything or anyone who demands and tries scare tactics.....

Number was 8091 7647. Ignore or don’t pick up.

I got the same robot voice claiming to be the ATO and they want to arrest me this was on 15/12/18 @ 3:17pm

Robot claiming to be tax office having lawsuit against me

robo call from (02) 8091 5712 which I just received sounds like a scam. wasting my time and everyone else.

Caller: Australian Tax Department

Robot call claiming to be the Australian Tax Dept. Hung up immediately

Automated call from ATO. With a foreign accent. C'mon, if you are pretending to be the ATO at least use an Aussie accent. Called about 4pm on WED 5/12/18. I hung up straight away before hearing the entire message.

Indian person claiming to be Officer Stefan Morgan of the ATO Investigation Department Badge Number 417J2743 saying I have 4 counts of tax evasion and there's an arrest warrant.

Same thing. Claimed to be taxation dept.
