Automated robot voice requesting me to them call back regarding a lawsuit under my name...of course they don’t know my name...so I am going to have some fun when I call them back...hahaha

Was a pre recorded message from taxation dept saying they are filing a lawsuit against my name and that I should ring back otherwise they will issue a warrant for arrest against me

As per the above, a computer voice telling me I was to receive a lawsuit if I didn't call back immediately to the "department/division calling me". I was warned if I didn't, "they would get me arrested."

Scam. Left a message to say I have a law suit pending in my name. :-(

Same as the previous poster. No company or person name specified, just appeared to be a recorded message. Have reported it to the ATO scam line

Got a voice mail message stating that they we’re the ATO and there was a lawsuit underway in my name and if I didn’t call them back they would sent out an warrant! SCAM CALLER!!

Got a automated VM saying i got a warrant out for my arrest if I don’t pay back money I apparently owe the ato, so tried to ring this number back but someone keeps hanging up

I had the same call today. Computer type generated voice saying a lawsuit was being filed against me and if I didn’t call them back that a warrant for my arrest would be issued.

someone from this number called. when I picked up the phone, he/she just hung up without saying anything.

I had the same thing today as well, I called them back and could hardly understand a word he said. I asked him to put me on to someone that speaks English. He laughed at me and said "why you not understand me?" He then said I would be sued for not paying taxes, I knew it was a scam. I told him I have his number and would report him, he hung up on me at that point. I also asked him if he had my address as he shoould as the ATO would have that and he couldn't answer me.

Calls me about a lawsuit. Very strange

said it was ATO office and threatened to 'get me arrested' if I don't return their call immediately!
