Just had a similar call.  I also had a call about a month ago and told the Indian sounding man that I no longer had a computer and he put the phone down on me.   Then about 15 minutes ago somebody phoned and wanted me to sit at my computer so he could explain why my files were being corrupted. I said I was busy but he pushed me for a time when I would be available.   I said Saturday PM but reading the other comments, I'll start to question him instead of the other way round.

Anyone who has received this call (fake microsoft reps) ring either (02) 8003 5916 or (02) 8091 5005 and see if the voice matches the scammer that just called you. If they match tell them their details are public and they have it coming

I had a similer call from (02) 8091 5002 by someone called James Kasper. I was dumb to follow his instructions but didn's sign a registration form as he wanted me to.  I said had no time at the moment.
What do i do?  Could he have done something to my PC remotely.

Hi, I got this same call today - I new it was a scam & bluff him by saying I did not have a computer at home & we use company computers. I asked for a local number and I got 8091 5005 which cannot be connected - Do not give them any details

said he was calling from windows service centre in sydney wanted credit card details & would fix any corrupt files on my computer.
