Same for me. A number of us called them back repeatedly though out the day using 1831, they get really upset when they receive unsolicited calls :o)

This number called on 12/12/28, and left a message like a robot voice says from Division 2, if they don't hear from me they will put a warrent for arrest, did not give any reason why

Scam call. They left a robotic message claiming to be from the taxation office. Threatened to put out an arrest warrant if I didn't call back their personal number. Thats not how the ATO works.
