Maybe scam. Got text saying to call this number in regards to my credit card details. I ignored it

SMS - “Dear Customer Your Account Atm Debit And Credit Card Has Been Blocked Due To Not Information Updated With Bank Further Assistance Contact/(02) 8091 2737”
Nothing but a SCAM. Will be ignoring text.

Caller: Indian Scammers in UAE

Scammers trying to get your credit card/atm card and bank account details to scam you out of lots of money. These criminals are based in the UAE. I have been ringing them every couple of hours to be a nuisance and harass them. It has been fun, they have threatened to beat me up and even kill me if I don't stop ringing. I laughed at them and told them I will continue to harass them, I wish they would come from the UAE to beat me up, but they are just a bunch of cowards who are trying to scam Australians.

Same as the person listed on the 12 Feb - got a text today the 15 Feb 2021 saying
“Dear Customer Your Account Atm Debit And Credit Card Has Been Blocked Due To Not Information Updated With Bank Further Assistance Contact/(02) 8091 2737”

No bank would send a text like this!!!

Messaged me from the United Arab Emeriates which was very nice of them. Told me my ATM card had been blocked. Needed to ring this number.
Good thing they knew about all the way over there.

This number should be blocked as someone is going the get scammed

Just received the text today,same wording and number as everyone else. I never reply to numbers l don't know anyway,but l always come here to check the number for complaints.
