Caller: PayPal scam. Sent me an email saying I'd ordered a new apple phone

Looks like a scam to collect phone numbers????

Also received email with PayPal-like attachment with “receipt” for an iPhone. In bold letters IF THIS WASNT YOU RING THIS NUMBER. Yeah right.

Scam email to with PDF attachment including the number listed. Fake PDF invoice with customer service number (02) 8091 1293 to collect private information to phish, and clean our bank accounts

I had the same email. I checked my paypal account and there is no activity related to this. I agree with you, definately a scam.

Caller: I called the number in the email

I received an email saying an iPhone has been ordered on my PayPal account but the invoice wasn’t in my name.
When I called a man answered the phone and was very persistent in trying to get my information.

Has pdf file stating false item number, false shipping, false,wording , false seller, SCAM
