It was a computer generated message, stating that if I did not get back to them, that they would issue a warrant and have to arrest me. Didn't try calling back. Dodgy so likely a scam.

I had the same problem too. I didn't want to call back. it's pre-recorded computer generated sounding male voice and it says it's calling from Canberra!
