I answered a call on my company mobile phone (which I have only had for a couple of months). A pre-recorded computer generated sounding American male voice said there is a tax lawsuit against me. It said I should call the number back or I will get arrested. I didn't call back.
Very funny, but got a feeling if I rang the number, there may be some high call charges associated to it...

Received the same computer generated call on same day 10/12/2018, but stating a lawsuit will be filed against me and I will be arrested if I do not respond. At no point does the caller use my name in part or in full, nor do they identify themselves by name or company name.

I got the same call at 4.23pm on the 10th of December. I think it is a scam. I have not phoned back.

I missed the call but voicemail was left with a computerised voice telling me that I would be arrested if I didn’t call back immediately.
Quite funny but maybe worrying for some people.
At least the computerised voice was easier to understand than the usual ones from the Sub-Continent.

I too answered a call from this number and heard the same recorded message. Scam!!

This idiot claimed to be from the Tax Department about a huge debt I owe and if I didn't respond, I was going to be arrested. I did have some fun with this fool but others might not be so lucky.

Do not tell these maggots anything: Do not entertain them, listen to them or respond. Simply hand up and block the number. Report it as a scam.

I had the exact same automated voicemail message with threats of a lawsuit and arrest... I didn’t return the call!!
