Received as a FAX, obviously a scam, BUT
The FAX number is known.

Cannot someone chase the "Owner" of this FAX number and follow up....OR
Is the Australian government/Telstra etc too weak to take action?

Yeah its a scam and i had given them my visa number duh..i had to cancel my card before transaction went through.Yes fax from Jennifer Collinswell its time to trace back to the fax number and person who is actually receiving those faxes and may be a quick wisit to the person after hours would do some good...lol So who ever you are, you know you have not a peaceful moment from now on, we gonna have a nice f***ing chat...and you well...be affraid be very affraid you f***ed with the wrong guy...:)

Yep.. i got a fax earlier today also, and am located in Perth.

Obvious scam because, among other things, it mentions my candidacy was approved. Considering I never applied for anything, this is just bizarre.
Would love to know where to report it.

There are lots of threads on the net about this scam. Don't be suckered. It can a fax scam (you send them a fax and get hit with a whacking $25-30 on your phone bill or they ring you once they have your details and want to sell you a 'gold' or 'platinum' listing. Ask yourself if you have ever seen this publication. It is not related in any way to Who's Who which is a reputable directory.
