got a call around 10-11 tonight. when i rang back they have a phony "incorrect number" thing, and nobody answers. am still looking into it.

Was once a great place to work for as you say. Now, it's all aboutwho can "suck" and "brown nose" who the best. The place is not about helping its charities, it's about taking as much as it canfrom the public, and "screwing" the charity. In my time, the companywould, and apparently still does, spend more money sacking loyalagents for having a few bad days, and hiring new staff, who they in the end....they treat no differently. "At Insight, we don't just loveYour work" "We love you". So they preached, or at least they diduntill you had days that making rate was hard, and you could notconvince people to give you a credit card. Personally, of the 21.1 millionprofit made by Insight in 2010, I hope loses it in a mass law-suit.

I screen calls, I never pick up a number I don't know, most call centre callers never leave anything on my messagebank.

This (02) 8088 1400 number has been leaving a half second burst of 'modem-like' noise.

I have been getting this for months. I had thought it was an error, some automated computer system dialing the wrong number, trying to log on or send a fax. Never thought it was a call centre. I work at home and this regular calling is starting to p!ss me off.

I typed the number in here and low and behold it's a call centre. Now that I have their number(s) I might start calling them as a way of reply.

Yes, I'm another victim, just like you guys! They call numerous times a day for no 'real reason' and I have an unlisted number and am on the Do Not Call Register as well.

I really think they need to be closed down ASAP, as its so unacceptable, it's a joke! The mind boggles - why are they doing this, what a waste of everyone's time, not to mention the annoyance factor!

Can they please be closed down ASAP!!

I have received various calls from this number, and (02) 8198 6598 - I think they may be connected.  It is always during the day when I am work, and no message has been left.  More concerning is how they got my number as it is not listed, and I have never given it out to anyone??
